Victory in Jesus
Victory in Jesus is a powerful deliverance service which meets every Saturday Evening at 8pm @ Love of Jesus Family Church 88-94 Boylan St . Newark , NJ . The purpose of this ministry is to win souls for Christ while teaching the congregation how to overcome addiction as well as other physical and spiritual bondage through the uncompromised Word of God.
Basket of Hope Food Pantry
A Basket of Hope for the homeless and hungry is a ministry feeding the multitudes that touches the community and the heart of God in a very special way. Every Wednesday from 3-6:00pm and every Saturday after our 8pm Victory in Jesus service, we provide groceries for hundreds of individuals and families; many of whom come to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. It is truly amazing to see what God is doing. A Basket of Hope is playing a crucial part in eliminating hunger in the city of Newark and the surrounding areas.
Substance Abuse Treatment Referrals
Most people who are struggling with addiction want help. They just don’t know it’s available. Freedom Ministries offers substance abuse treatment referrals and transportation for the indigent, insured, and under insured every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:30am. We have had people from as far as Puerto Rico come to our ministry to receive substance abuse treatment referrals. Over the past year, we have taken over 2000 individuals off the street and provided them with the help and support that they need to get off of drugs and alcohol. Many of these individuals have completed or are currently in long-term treatment centers and are well on their way to making a full recovery.
Circle of Love Ministry
Women’s Support Group
The Circle of Love women’s support group meets every Tuesday Evening at 7pm and provides women with love and much needed support.
Boutique
The Circle of Love Boutique is a free clothing pantry open every Monday and Tuesday from 1-4pm. The Circle of love women’s ministry works diligently to keep the donations coming in and distributing clothing to the less fortunate.
The Road to Christian Growth and Spiritual Development
In collaboration with Faith Fellowship Ministries Worldwide Sayreville, NJ,
Freedom Ministries offers classes on the road to Christian Growth and Spiritual Development. Participants in the road receive powerful anointed teaching from the uncompromised Word of God every Wednesday evening from 7pm-8pm.
