Success Stories and Reports from the Street

A man by the name of Kenneth receives the Lord; goes to Detox. As I was waiting for him, I had the opportunity to lead some of the “Blood” gang members to the Lord and I feel in my spirit that MANY more gang members will come to Christ.
Man by the name of Cameron received the Lord. On the way to the program, he tells me he’s a gang member and wants out of Newark. I spoke to the mother and she told me, “they want to kill him.”
A man who is in a half-way house that did NOT want to receive Jesus; I ran into him 50 miles at a different location and he asked if he could receive Jesus.
Man by the name Barry receives the Lord. One week later, he calls me and asks for Detox. He runs 18 blocks to meet me. On the way to Detox, he told me he wants to serve God and get back with his family and he just threw the drug dealers out of his house who wanted to give him thousands of dollars worth of drugs to sell.
A woman who heard about me helping people mentions it to her three family members. They are all set free by the power of God. All doing well in programs.
A man by the name of Malik goes to Detox; now in rehab. Two women receive the Lord while dropping Malik off at program.

Man by the name Rolando accepts the Lord and tells me he was praying moments before; now he is set free in a long-term program.
Woman by the name of Gail was shooting heroin in the park when she met a man named Eddie. She discussed about getting help and showed him my card. BOTH of them called me and are set free from drugs and are now in long-term programs and are doing wonderful!!
Same woman Gail, stayed in the emergency room all night to find out they did not have a bed for her. I rushed over at 2:00 in the afternoon, to bring her to another hospital in another part of Brooklyn – where they rushed her in because of her health condition. The Lord delivered her from EVERYTHING!!!

Woman walking in the street by the name of Yolanda, as I talked to her in the Diner, she said she use to come to Faith Fellowship and backslid. I brought her to church on Sunday and she reconciled with her family. She’s been in a long-term program since and doing wonderful!

Woman by the name Nokia relapsed three months prior; recommits to the Lord and goes to treatment. After treatment she goes directly to Alabama away from area to serve Christ.
Two men accept the Lord and go to Detox.
Woman by the name of Shirletta accepts the Lord. I go meet the mother to find out she belongs to Love of Jesus Church. We then bring Shirletta to Team Challenge in Long Island.
Woman by the name of Sharon goes to Detox then long-term.
Woman by the name of Damaris knocks on owner’s mother’s door, asks for me and goes to Detox and long-term; she’s a friend of four other women set free from cocaine.
Three people give their hearts to the Lord.
Woman by the name of Aisha that I met on the same corner as the other Muslim woman, accepts Jesus and goes to Detox. After Detox, she attends Gospel Christian Concert with me, Sandra and other members of the church.
One day later, I pray with Ona’s mother and tell her your other daughter will be set free in three days in Jesus Name. In two days, her sister Sheila and her boyfriend were set free! They came to Faith Fellowship that night. After service, they went up state New York and have been there ever since.
After this news traveled through the projects of what God has done for these people, they were knocking on the mother’s door wanting to be set free. The mother said, “their not smoking “crack” in the hallway, their asking for deliverance!”
Woman by the name of Yvonne, accepts the Lord; goes to Detox. After leaving Detox; on the way to long-term program, she said she prostituted on this corner. I stopped the car and told her, “never forget what the Lord has done for you.” She cried and praised God for setting her free!

Woman by the name of Ona, receives the Lord and asks me if I’m the guy who took her friend, Carrie, to long-term program. One week later, she called me and asked me to take her there too. She has been doing tremendous, set free from cocaine by the power of God.
As I am riding through Newark, I see a woman that I have been ministering to – she receives the Lord, comes to VIJ; while in VIJ she experienced stomach pains. Dr. Goldfetter prays for her in the car. She was diagnosed that her appendix exploded after I rush her to St. Michael's Hospital. They also stated that she would have never made it if she were left on the corner.
Man at red light at 1:30 am asks for the price of my car; gets out and accepts the Lord!

Woman named Deborah set free from drugs; her boyfriend also receives the Lord.
Woman by the name of Yolanda has been coming to Faith Fellowship for months; set free from cocaine; entire family accepts the Lord and is now reconciled.

A woman named Dorothy receives the Lord; goes to Detox; returns to the street; I see her months after and take her back to Detox; now doing tremendous in long-term program.
My uncle Joe receives the Lord over the phone.
After church service, five people in a Pizzeria receive the Lord.

On the way to pick up cars all of Rich Catena’s drivers receive the Lord in the van.

Woman named Valerie receives the Lord. She said she belonged to Faith Fellowship at the old location. Use to sing in the choir; backslid from the Lord; on the way to Detox at 1:30 a.m. about one mile Coney Island, Brooklyn, she takes out a piece of paper from VIJ; my name is on it and she said, “she was praying and going to call me and “Here You Are!” “What a miracle!”

A woman named Amalullah was a Muslim her whole life. She explained how she wore a “berka” with only her eyes showing. After six hours ministering, she receives Jesus. She is now in Anchor House studying the Bible, set free from cocaine and doing tremendous!
Three people receive the Lord.
Man by the name of Dave called me for a car. He belonged to Narcotics Anonymous in Toms River. I met him 2 years prior at a NA conference; I walked out of meeting when speaker with 16 years sober was cursing. When Dave called me for a car, he remembered me walking out; it made an impression on him and he received Jesus over the phone.
Woman by the name of Yolanda, has been in church for many months; delivered from cocaine; went to court today and dropped all nine tickets! Her life is totally restored!!
Man named John, owner of a Toyota Dealer, receives the Lord; also his used car Sales Manager!
Man by the name of Rick, who worked at a Honda store I did business with, when I found out he was in critical condition, he received the Lord over the phone and now went on to be with the Lord.
After dropping two people off to Victory in Jesus, 2 Spanish men receive the Lord.

Ten people give their hearts to the Lord. Three go to Detox.
A woman named Vicki, receives the Lord; goes to Detox and her boyfriend receives the Lord over the phone; both attend Faith Fellowship.

Ten people give their hearts to the Lord. One man dressed as a woman; one woman I used to do drugs with goes directly to Detox.
Ali and wife Tafari, receive the Lord after 3 weeks ministering about Christ. They were Muslim; went to Detox.

My friend Carl accepts the Lord after 15 years in AA; now comes to church 3 times a week and brings many people from AA all the way from Bellville in a van that was donated to “Victory in Jesus.”

Woman by the name of Carrie Pierce, said she just completed a Christian program in PA, stopped in Newark to say hello to her family; did one bag of dope and it led to her becoming homeless. She asked me to come back at midnight. So I came back, and she walked out of the projects on South Orange Ave., in Newark and went to Detox. She is now in a long-term program up state New York where her testimony to others has led at least 7 to 8 people to the same program. All set free by the power of God!

Spoke and prayed with a woman’s mother, Miss Darby; she’s been coming to Victory in Jesus ever since and we brought her daughter to Detox shortly after.
A woman named Laverne, completed Detox. Going to a long-term program.
After service, I was by the bookshop when a man by the name of Jack, in Faith Fellowship, gave me a number with a man’s name “William” on it – also heroin addiction. I called the man up, he received the Lord and went to Detox and has been in recovery since. The family asked, how do I know their son, I said I don’t, a man gave me a piece of paper. They responded, “Praise God! He works in mysterious ways!” And I said, “I still don’t know what your son looks like, but I know he’s delivered!”
Met a woman named Michelle who told me her name was Crystal; received the Lord and goes to Detox. Two weeks later she was back on the streets after months of speaking to her; she goes back into treatment and her daughter is recovered from a “crackhouse” with no food. As of today, 09-03-05, they are going to an 18 month treatment program.
A woman by the name of Tiana receives the Lord and agrees to go into Anchor House. As I was picking her up for treatment, her boyfriend receives the Lord and has been coming to church ever since. His name is Robert.
A woman by the name of Lavern, accepts the Lord and goes to Detox.
Tonight the presence of the Lord was so powerful in the “projects” that 20 people received the Lord in hours.
Two women accept the Lord. One on Rt. 9 while on the way home stranded from Pennsylvania. Spoke to Christian family; they did not know where she was, I told them I was taking her to Detox in New York. Their response was “Praise Jesus!”
Eight people in the “projects” received the Lord. One of the gentlemen sold me cocaine in the past.

Met a woman on Saturday night in an abandoned building; received the Lord; picked her up for church on Sunday; after service brought her to Lutheran Detox.
Six more women gave their hearts to the Lord.
My high school buddy received the Lord selling newspapers on the corner. Left the newspapers and flowers and went to Detox.
Three women got out of Detox; went to long-term Christian program.
A women named Michelle went to Christian program; came home and has been Faith Fellowship serving God ever since.
A woman by the name Uganda went to Detox and then to Team Challenge.
Spanish woman received the Lord with Joe Perez on the phone because she did not speak English.
Four women saved. All four are in Detox turning their lives over to the Lord. I was in the emergency room until 12:30 am watching the joy on their faces.
